Mobile Key 3 by 2N enables the use of your mobile phone as an access credential and key to your doors. The latest version introduces patented WaveKey technology, offering unparalleled reliability, opening speed, and security. WaveKey technology ensures instant door opening upon reader touch, preventing unauthorized access by static phones and non-authenticating phone movements.
Bluetooth credential security is maintained through government-grade AES encryption over our exclusive channel. Additionally, NFC door unlocking is an option for compatible phones and 2N readers.
When paired with suitable 2N® IP Intercoms or Access Units, Mobile Key provides a secure and convenient keyless access solution.
Operating modes include:
- 'Touch mode' - Allows door opening by touching the reader without removing the phone from your pocket or bag
- 'Tap mode' - Enables door opening from a distance by tapping the app button, suitable for garage or parking access
- 'Card mode' - Authenticate by presenting your phone to the reader without screen unlock. Requires 'Tap mode' activation by reader admin and in the app
- 'Motion mode' - Trigger authentication through motion detected in the intercom's camera. Requires setup by reader admin and enhanced video license

Setup Instructions:
- Download and install the app
- Choose authentication mode ('Tap-in-app' or 'Touch') on your Bluetooth-enabled 2N® IP Intercom or Access Unit
- Add a new user to the directory and generate a pairing PIN code
- Activate pairing mode on the app and select the desired device for pairing (ensure proximity to the device. For 'Touch' mode, physical interaction with the device may be necessary for detection)
- Enter the pairing PIN code when prompted
- Upon successful pairing, access doors with the app
